We include everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, promising no hidden extras.

Fresh towels,linen and bathroom amenities are provided and refreshed bi-weekly as part of our housekeeping service.
Our Guest Services Team is also on call 24/7 to assist with any problems which may arise whether they be a faulty air condition or a medical emergency.

Please, have a look at the section of each apartment’s description page. In this section you will also find the check in/out information. Apartment facilities / services are stated in each apartment description, just below the photos of the apartment’s page. Please note, that some of the services might be off-site and also require an extra charge.

Booking an apartment is possible by completing the reservation form on our official website through our booking engine. Please, select the dates of your stay and type of apartments you have chosen. The system will show you the rate for the accommodation (always check the conditions). If you agree with the total amount and the booking conditions, just click on the button “Book now” and the reservation form will show up. Once you finish the order form and click on button “Book now”, your reservation will be confirmed shorty to your email address.

Alternatively, you may contact our Guest Services Team in order to handle your reservation request.

After completing and sending us your order form, you will get an automatic e-mail containing your Reservation Confirmation number. The Reservation Confirmation serves you as a voucher. In case that you requested in your order form any special requests – ie. extra bed, early check-in, baby cot etc, please always double check with the hotel directly that they noted your request and are able to arrange it for you.

Before finalizing your reservation please double check your e-mail address because a mistake in the e-mail address is the most common reason why our guests do not receive their confirmations. In some cases, our emails can also end up in the “spam folder” so please check it as well. In any case, please try to contact us by e-mail or telephone, as we will be glad to assist you and solve the issue as soon as possible.

All the apartments have flexible and non-refundable rate plans and for this information always check the room conditions. Generally, your reservation can be cancelled or changed 24 hours before your arrival. However, there are some exceptions – for example „Non Refundable“ or „Special conditions“ apartments. You can check your reservation’s cancellation policy.

Yes, they do, however you will be informed about all the conditions of your booking before you commit to make a fixed reservation.

You can pay by Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash or by Bank Transfer. Accepted Credit Cards are VISA,MASTERCARD and DINERS.

We require a 24 hour notice period for you to cancel and receive a full refund of any amount paid. If you cancel within the 24 hour period we have a sliding scale depending on the amount of notice you provide. We will always try and work with you in the event you have to cancel, however as our apartments tend to be booked well in advance it is often not possible for us to re-let your apartment which makes our cancellation policy necessary.

Of course! If you have any preference regarding the views, location of the room inside the aparthotel, or any other subject relating to your reservation, you must contact the Guest Services Team directly. You will find the contact details on our official website.
 Whenever possible, our team will do everything to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible, but we can not guarantee the requests.

* Some requests may incur additional expenses, you will always be informed at the time of making the request.

Children under 2 years old are considered babies and do not pay as guests.
From 3 years up to 12, they are considered children and pay as such.
From 13 years old they count as an adult and pay the full rate.
Always remember to inform the age of the children when making your reservation.
In no case may minors (up to 18 years old) stay without to be accompanied by an adult.

Each apartment has its own extra persons policy, therefore its necessary to always check it in order to find out if the extra bed will be possible or not. Please note the baby cots are offered free of charge. If you wish to add extra bed or baby cot, please write this request while you are making the reservation. Please note that any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and has to be confirmed by the accommodation after your reservation.

Athens Stay apartments are sold on the basis of the earlier you book, the less you pay and periods of high demand cost more than less popular periods. Rates will generally increase, as you get closer to your date of stay.

On each aparthotel description page as well as on each apartment description page, you will find the address and a Google Map feature. Click on to open the map, and check your location to see the best route to the aparthotel.

Also you may find available means of transport and distances from/to the aparthotel.

One day prior to your arrival, we will get in contact with you in order to provide you with all the necessary details in order to have a smooth check-in and to enjoy the apartment at its full.

It’s quick and easy and no queues. You choose when you would like to check in/ out. In order to take advantage of this feature, you need access to a smartphone, tablet or computer with internet connection.

You can check in from 15:00. If the apartment has been cleaned and is ready before 15:00, you may have access to the apartment earlier. Please be aware of our additional charge for early check-in.

Your passport,identification card or driving license if you are an international traveler, and your booking confirmation number. For Greek citizens, we ask for a VAT Number.

The apartment is yours until 11:00 am on your day of departure. If you wish to check out later than 11:00, please contact our Guest Services Team. Please be aware of our additional charge for late check-out.

All the apartments have a welcome information book in order to be advised about the services, facilities and be familiarized with the equipment.

Our apartments have a bi-weekly housekeeping service. This keeps your apartment looking the way it did when you first arrived, in show home condition and includes a linen and towel change twice a week.

We offer basic bathroom amenities/toiletries for hand wash and shower gel.

In case that you may need something additionally, you are welcomed to contact us in order to provide it to you upon arrival or during your stay.

The apartments have a kitchen or kitchenette that is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and equipment.

Yes, in all our aparthotels you can enjoy free WiFi as well as inside the apartments.

Unfortunately we do not have parking facilities within our premises but you may contact our Guest Services Team in order to provide you the nearest private parking from your accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted within all parts of the aparthotel or inside the apartments. Athens Stay has a strict non-smoking policy and we apply a contractual fine of 75 Euros.

Children of any age can stay at the apartment as long as they are accompanied by an adult. An adult is considered to be those aged 18 years and above.

We know that your best friend is very important to you but, due to hygiene and security reasons in our aparthotels and apartments, pets are not allowed.

We are happy to receive your feedback. We assure you of our prompt attention to resolve any complaints regarding reservations, cancellations, requested refunds etc if the complaint has been received within 03 days of the occurrence of the event giving rise to the complaint.
In the event that a Guest has a complaint during his/her stay at the Accommodation, he/she must bring it to the attention of the Guest Services Team as soon as possible to allow the Accommodation the opportunity to address the issue during your stay. To allow us handling your complaint better please always include your name and last name, contact email, aparthotel name, stay dates and reservation number when possible.
